Went out on Saturday night. Ipanema was a little sad with no band. There were enough girls and an equal amount of punters. I arrived around 10 and noticed the best looking girls were being taken out early. Narrowed down a couple of girls I would consider, but the urge to check out Brix was to great. Brix at 12 pm was very busy with a lot of guys. Still plenty of girls to choose from but it was very dark and hard to see, as well as being quite crowded with males. The band was good however. I took a girl who claimed to be Cambodian, but was of course from Vietnam for 550 overnight 4 shots. Brix is closed on Sundays and Mondays, so all the Brix girls apparently head to Ipanema on those days.

I can confirm I was likely there the same night, the Brix band is good, there is lots of males, not enough females, now its harder to get in the country so that doesn't help. Prices are up on pre pandemic, I was quoted 1000 by hot babes and 5-600 by less hot.

Ipanema was quieter, a few girls but nothing stood out, it was also closed Sunday night and No tea dance either, so only the club upstairs and slim pickings. First time in Singapore in a long time that I have not taken a girl, just nothing did it for me and couldn't justify the prices. Things change and move on so do we, and we get older too. Wiser!

In town for sometime, decide to go out partying. Went to OT and saw very few crowd there. Only 1 girls outside doing what they usually use to do.

So decided to head towards brix, same old procedure 35 bucks entry and you are in. Once inside saw a drastic change, last time when I came here, it was overflowing with girls and we get a lot of options to choose from. I remember I took a Venezuelan hotie with me one time for fun. But this time options are very limited and I feen that quality of the birds also degraded.

Asked a few girls, same old style. 500 bucks for short time so decided to move out but as I was moving out a small petite Thai caught my eye so just went to her. Normal chit chat and she asked if I can buy her and her friend a tequila. I agreed and things changed instantly, she immediately made me hug her and then slowly moved my had to grope her. She danced and every now and then touching the Jhonny boy. It was a fun night but nothing more than that.

She was drunk and was falling here and there after the shot. Left her there only as thought taking a drunk girl to room would be a bad idea so left from there.

I must say COVID had badly affected the scenes here, I thought that things would have gone normal by now but it is far from where it was earlier. Hopping that it gets better so that we can have fun just like old times.

I saw Naughty in OT seems to be up and running from a clip. Didn't look full but had ladies. Not sure if they run normal or the buy me drinks setup however. Will try to check it out soon.

No band at the moment but atmosphere is still ok. Went on a Monday night see what slow night was like. Pleased say things are looking up. The prices for ladies is between 200 and 300 depending on your negotiation skills time of night etc etc. Almost all are vietnam ladies. So keep that in mind. Some also have friends rooms you can use for a small fee. One of the good things about Monday nights is that brix is closed so the ladies that where there at Brix are now in Ipanema that night. Less the 500 price tag.

I would say for anyone who has been pre covid, the crowd is still down and the lack of music makes a difference.

But to see things getting back to normal.

I believe Ipanema days are numbered. Not sure when OT will be torn down to make ways for these high priced condos.

Glad to hear that! My company is getting wise and cutting out the weekend business trips since they figure why pay per diem for your normal day off! Sort of cuts out the full weekend but the powers that be (and the home front) don't understand that a Sunday afternoon with all the DM's off and the clubs open can be just as crowded as Saturday night NYE! I've found that those weekday nights are just fine for what I am looking for!

I politely declined as she felt too old for me, but I bought her a drink anyway. Got her number after asking if she'd meet for lunch the following day.

3) The bar with a Thai sounding name (across from Muddy Murphy's) - Bought a set of 6 shots ($66) for a girl. Another girl joined but wasn't allowed to have the shots (I'd have to buy separately for her). They were decent looking and had regular jobs during the day. I had a good time, but they weren't allowed to leave the bar and refused to share their number. Felt disappointed and left.

That 150 for 2 hours sounds like a good price!

I was in Singers several weeks ago and was very sad to see OT and Geylang closed. I pray that they will be open in due course.

Finding sex might be a lot harder.

However, I was on CQ (Clarke quay. Near fountain in middle) on a Saturday night and saw a good number of "wandering eyes" by foreign looking girls (Pinay, Viet, darker Asians). They were dressed in short skirts and it was clear they were alone or in a pair. I would make eye contact, they would smile back and give me that "come here I want to talk to you look" - which for an old grey fart is rare in Singapore!

Sadly I was with some co-workers so couldn't action. But my guess is there are still streetwalkers out there. Just make eye contact and see where it goes.
