Price was cheap enough.

Old guy at desk and I see 2 older ladies with1 of them giving a older guy a seated foot massage out in the open.

You can try massage parlors throughout the city. Usually the naughty ones are on the 2nd floor. Circular Road, Little India, they are all over. Also in some of the older malls (like the one next to the Holiday Inn, Grandlink Square, some in Bugis area). Price varies. Entry is 50 or 60 per hour. FS 120-200 SGD. Most are viet, and chinese girls.

You mentioned Thai hookers is down to less than 120 SGD for 90 min two shot full GFE experiences.

Was in SG for 2 weeks during the first two weeks of August. Stayed in Holiday Inn Atrium 2 minutes from Havelock MRT station. There is a small mall / commercial building attached to this hotel. There are a few shops selling food items etc. It also has 2/3 massage places with ladies sitting outside asking you to come inside. Also has atleast 1 bar with hostess ladies sitting outside eyeing all the guys. I was unfortunately with my better half and could not engage with these girls. They were all dressed skimpily and were very active when then saw guys. I tIhink they were Thai there also.

The cheapest food is probably in the hawker centres and shopping malls. Some good restaurants around Geylang and Little India.

Right now Singapore is flooded with foreign sex workers and price for Thai hookers is down to less than 120 SGD for 90 min two shot full GFE experiences and even 300-400 all night if that's your thing.
And Geylang prices are as low as 60 SGD for a quick fuck. So the idea of a $300-$400 one shot with these girls is really kind of silly. It may still be a fun place to go hang out and flirt with the girls but there are so many cheaper and better places to get laid. Before I moved here I used to pick from Ipanema as well but nobody refused 150ST or 200 all night so the difference was not so much.
