For foreigners with no local languages I think the best option is to go massage shops that you can find from kizdar.net (web address often changes, google it). Almost in every city, dozens of shops in Astana.

In each shop there is a manager answering on Whatsapp messages (Russian google translate will work fine I think), that you can ask for real photos of girls working on that day, programs and cost (1 hour, 1 finish usually around 40 $) and get the appointment.
