It's been a month since you wrote that comment and nearly two months since DubyaMan88 started this thread. And yet, no specific information has been given by DubyaMan88 about mongering in Almaty.

Why start a thread and brag about how great mongering is in a certain location if all you're going to do is hoard the information for yourself and not post it publicly?

Almaty is a great destination. Reasonable, clean and plenty available. Most hotels are friendly.

Also, some great sightseeing!

I applaud you for starting this forum, DubyaMan88. Central Asia is slowly starting to catch on as a tourism destination. I myself am considering a trip to Uzbekistan later this year. And Lonely Planet will be releasing an updated version of their Central Asia guidebook next month (June 19th, I think).

In your other responses here in this forum, you mentioned "running around several clubs" and "great girls and decent prices. " Will you please provide us with some specifics? Prices paid, names of girl-friendly hotels (and names of hotels that are not girl-friendly), names of popular clubs where WGs hang out, etc? As the creator of this forum, you have the very real potential of opening up Kazakhstan to a whole bunch of mongers like myself.

I have found the simplest option is to ask your hotel concierge and call for room service. Very easy and saves a lot of time by avoiding running around several clubs!

What hotel would you suggest in Almaty which would provide this kind of service and what are the prices? It would be great to hear some experiences / reports. Almaty and Astana are on my places to go list, so some info would be really great.
