The better alternatives, because BOC will take over a week to get results are Talent Testing Service, in District V or Interlab I think is the name of it in District XIII. As a first timer in Budapest I asked my self this question: do I need a local guide or not. I was supposed to be in town for three days and I didn't want to waste any time. I was also interested in outcall sessions so the guarantee of a nice looking girl was a must. Because of a family emergency I had to leave Budapest after one day and cancel the agreement with the local guide. So I can't say if the local guide is legit or not but here are my thoughts:
