If you buy a drink for a girl it doesn't mean that you have to go to the room. Some girls don't drink at all, some drink on occasion with clients, some always drink. Buying a girl a drink does not oblige her to anything either. She can say thank you and go away, or stay anywhere between 5 minutes or who knows how long. It depends on how busy the club is in general, how busy the girl is, is the girl tired or she just enjoys the conversation. Of course, if you buy a bottle she will stay longer than if you buy a vodka-lemon. Girls are not allowed to sit on a couch without a client, so sometimes they prefer to have a drink with a client so that they can rest their feet.
