Taking a screenshot of the scan result is definitely not allowed and I see how in most cases you wouldn't realize that they take a screenshot after the scan.

I think / hope it was an incident in this first week of the new rules. I assume they will follow the privacy rules correctly in Globe. As they did in sisterclub Westside.

There is only one way to scan the QR, through taking a snapshot; they see your name below the QR and then they see it as well in their handy after scanning the QR. Of course, the privacy is gone, see the pictures at the end of the article that describes the verification process.

Girls are stuck to Globe, they won't return for lower rate. Same like many clients stuck to Globe because not knowing other and Globe is lucky about this and no competition in ZH. If Globe do these controls, not their own decision, but asked by ZH administration to stay open. With tests, Globe try to find solution to keep business working. Guys need to empty balls or to chat for therapy with WGs.

This solution will allow people, who are not vaccinated, to enter the club, but leave open the privacy question, as you need to show the health insurance card.

I called the club to investigate and they confirm that they are scanning the Certificate, as it were a clear provision of the BAG; no alternative, if you want to enter the club.

Honestly, I do not understand the risk they run; how many people, who go to Globe, have a fake certificate? If I show the double vaccine and the UVCI number, it should be enough! As far as I know other clubs do not scan the certificate.

I mean, Globe I do not know, I do go there very often, but no way I'll disclose my name in Aphrodisia.

Well, you need to show the health insurance card to the authorized person doing the test, possibly together with some other ID. Then you still need to show the freshly updated certificate to the person at club reception desk. I think that especially initially, they will take the certificate thing seriously. Like with the contact tracing data, initially they were more strict and in time they relaxed. If word would come out that people can enter the club with fake QR codes, they would be in trouble. Clubs are definitely seeing the impact in the numbers of visitors. Admin of the Swiss forum (definitely controlled by Ingo) claims 40 - 60% reduction in number of clients across clubs.
