It certainly depends on your level of "modern / classic" but similar logistics are possible with the Swiss Star locations offering small to medium size apartments.

Prices are lower than Swissotel. No reception means getting your key from a terminal next to the entrance door. You will receive the according code with your booking confirmation.

Again, Swiss Star is also close to the train station. Other than that you get what you pay for. This can be OK. I liked it. For 50 to 70 CHF I would not complain.

As I started searching for Flights / Hotels saw that the Swissotel Zurich (Oerlikon) has gone bankrupt (in CS Real Estate Fund no less).

Have to add to list of regrets; that was a very convenient location 12 minutes on Tram to Globe and 10 min. From Airport.

Goes to show, you really have to maximize the good times / logistics when they are available; as they don't last.

Must have mis-priced it as the few renovated rooms on top floors, roof-pool, sauna were at level of higher priced brand. Its now a co-living pop-up until they rehab in 2022.

Glad to see the terrible night manager is gone for good though, that couldn't have helped.

Terrible night manager? You should have reported the mofo to the management, but his life is horrible, that is why he is horrible, night manager is tough and rough job time wise.

What was the situation, as far as the ratio men / girls is concerned, at least starting from the late afternoon (after 6 PM, I mean)? Could you pick up a girl among a decent selection or you had to settle for what was left or, even worse, wait for the girls in front of the small safety boxes (hoping they were not reserved the whole evening)?

I arrived a bit after 6 pm, could easily park. After eating and showering, I was in lounge around 7 pm. For me, since a while, 2019, problem is not number, I m not able to fuck 30 girls, but falling quality, there were always some girls, met Virginia on few times, chat fast with Megan, but no spark for any girl, didn't notice your Nadia who was on tagesplan. Really bad Saturday. Bicycle is prepared, just need to put 7 bars in tires to have reactions. But rain in Iseran, so not good for health. So drove 5 hours to Globe, easier to enter from south. Arrived a bit after 6 pm, no problem to park just in front. Only asked to write data, no Fritz but only Italian speaking on desk. Looks are on average much higher than at Sharks, Oase and Samya are not so far below. But some a bit cute faces are not on a sexy natural body and some sexy natural bodies don t have attractive face, complicated despite new girls seen. I was at Globe last night, laughing as the girls cheered every time a Swiss player missed a penalty (Switzerland lost to Spain in Euro 2021 last night). From talking to the girls it seems like the club is actively keeping numbers low. A number of girls told me that girls have returned from Romania but the club is not allowing them to work. I've been going to Globe since 2015 and my feeling is that the club is finding it harder and harder to find girls who meet the Globe standard. Ingo needs to balance having a deep lineup (keeps us polar bears happy) and incentivizing high end girls to come (need the girls to make enough money. Net of entrance fees / room and board fees /% of room rate that goes to the club). My feeling is that lineups will be kept low to ensure that girls make money.

So girls were not so busy if they had time to make laugh, from their frustration to be fucked for job, of country which give them a job, even bad job, when they can't make money at home in Romania. Even mostly immigrants origins, even Xhaka is not even good for Arsenal, but I appreciated how these guys fought for country which welcome them. Sommer is better for Switzerland than for my beloved since 47 years Borussia Moenchengladbach. I found logical Switzerland defeated France with our superstars but no corones for Mbappe, Pogba, so at home for no balls, when work pay.
