Between the heat wave and a few minor Romanian holidays happening in Summer, I was worried that line-ups would be effected (though not as much as in the spring with orthodox Easter). If it was not for my own schedule getting in the way, I would have probably chosen September or October. Airfares are usually cheaper than in the summer, and I've read on sites like FKK tours that line-ups are usually better.
