Club management decides how many girls work each day. They know how many girls they want for each day. Then they plan with the girls to have enough girls available.

Girls can't just show up to work whenever they want.

The girls don't pay 380; the client does. The rest is negotiation between client and girl.

As Siri wrote: 20 for VAT. Also according to canton Zurich (different for every canton), 50 for income taxes and social security (since July 2016) per day based on a lump sum calculation (250 revenues expected per day).

Girls admission fee same like for a client. Add on for sleeping in the club or in an club appartment. In the club was rather low (20-40), for appartment, I do not know.

Thank you for the interesting information, especially regarding VAT and income taxes and social security. I assume this information is correct, which means the only income received by the club from each customer is the 95 CHF entry. Equivalently, the 380 CHF paid to take a girl out means the club expects each girl to bring in 4 customers on average, which I'm not sure is realistic. Many customers go to the club without any particular girl in mind, or have maybe 2 or more girls in mind. Thus it would seem to me that in general the club earns more from each customer when girls pay 380 CHF to be released, and therefore should encourage this practice (except in the case of some really popular girls with bookings by regulars).

No medical check at Amesia. About fever, this is when higher than 38 , not higher than 37 . Pregnant women don t have fever, but usually higher than 37 , when some icemen like me will be around 36 . On the German homepage of Globe they say that they will measure the temperature of all girls and clients that come to Globe and that they make available disinfectants around the club. I doubt that it makes much of a difference. The German homepage of Palace says that it is closed until further notice. Funny enough, nothing else on the homepages of the other sister clubs.

For the guys that complain that they can't get the top girls in Globe, now is the time to visit.
