I also think that good looks are just one component of quality. Good service matters as much, and in this regard, Globe does a good job. My three recent sessions in Frankfurt with good-looking girls were a total disaster. My level of satisfaction after a visit to Globe is higher. However, this is subjective and based on my luck and experience.

Since 2021 , mostly very average looks with lack of charm and elegance at Globe. You find prettier for half rate or less in Germany. Then, just have to be able to make them good for you. Since Monday, I get a new assistant, on late 30 , I m impressed how she react from what I tell her, she changed her FB profile, she dressed ultra sophisticated sexy, funny game among work to see power on women, when many WGs told me: you are a dangerous guy for women, when you know so much how to take advantage on us.

Agree, I am infrequent visitor because I live over 1000 miles away. My top Globe experiences have been with girls that worked at Globe less than 6 months. My worst experiences where with girls who had been there for years. I am sure they have regulars who like them and keep their earnings up which is good for the girl and good for the club. But I found these girls had too many rules and the sessions were not bad, they were just nothing that made me want to repeat.

New girls try harder. I prefer girls who are 22 or younger. I made a list from the plan but when I actually talked to the girl I found there was no correlation between their true age and the age posted on the website.

Waking up each morning with the uncertainty of whether one is deemed too old or not attractive enough for Globe can be a terrible experience for the girls.

Consequently, this may scare off potential talent from joining the club, as they perceive the environment as oppressive.

Regarding age, Globe could easily avoid any such problems by having a mandated maximum age for WGs (say, 35). Then, everyone knows when their time will be up and can plan ahead. Maybe then relocate to Westside, etc. for a few more years.

I know a few girls that for me were attractive, I was with them on their first day in Globe, they wanted to stay in Globe, they were good enough performers with plenty of upwards potential, but Laura decided there is no place for them.

As well, I was shown by girls who trust me, pictures of girls that applied to Globe but were rejected based on looks, when they were definitely better looking than plenty of the existing Globe girls. Sure, it's all subjective.

I have no axe to grind with Laura, it's just that I don't like her taste in women. I don't want to fuck her when she is again WG, I would definitely want to fuck Mihaela who works now behind the bar if she ever becomes WG again.

Disclzim I stand in agreement with you that it would be great to have ore attractive selection of girls in the club. .

However, I am still OK with current line up (it is not that bad to stop going to the club).

I fully agree quantity don t make quality. Other than small Globe, I was sometimes told around 200 girls at Sharks with many more fresh looks than at Globe and I couldn t find only 1 attractive for my desire. On the other hand, I found 5 attractive among only 17 girls at History on December 2016/ beginning of 2017 and small but very beautiful GG. De with about 25 girls is my best casting on this year when I could go with 8 girls, when I left Globe full balls.

I do not see better girls on average anywhere I go (in CH mad DE).

I think the available talent pool is limited, making it challenging to excel and nobody does any better here.

Many girls don t want to work at Globe, even they know best money potential, but they don t accept rules, when they are prettier than looks at Globe since a while. Also, Globe fell in porn culture, when porn is not quality.

If you only consider those aspects, indeed, there was no difference. However, likening it to restricting your FKK experience to using a "vacuum cleaner" - if it provides stronger suction. You're satisfied.

But that is just mine subjective opinion.

If she select new girls, she doesn't have good eyes and taste for elegance and woman image. From my little experience in whole FKK land, not only small Globe with low level rooms with dirty beds as say girls, woman image usually give woman behavior behind the door, if you are able to deserve this kind of girls give you. I pay 300/60 only for this, not to porn with little Romanians with average look. Globe looks are now low level for me, as I told staff on January.
