I hope that "threesom only" was actually the reason why she was kicked out.

I met her in Frankfurt in on of the clubs, but she was avoiding me.

There are many girls that were somehow penalized in last couple of months and later forgiven.

Probably the penalty was for different reasons.

E. g Raluca, Chantal, Trisha.

In some cases they were temporarily dispatched to some other clubs.

Some girls are alos penalized while staying in Globe with the smaller rate that they can charge (120 vs 150 for 1/2 h).
