We will keep arguing about the lineup for a long time. They keep the number of girls artificially low in Globe, their reasoning is that then all girls can make good money and then they can get better girls. I don't understand when some rarely busy old timers are so often on the plan. They are trialling new pricing models in History and Palace with a lower base price for really basic service and everything else to be negotiated. They had the basic pricing before, but now they dropped the second option of normal full service for a bit more. I doubt that this will work in Switzerland, but what do I know. Yes, totally agree that they should balance the interests of WGs and clients. It's just that Ingo doesn't really care about his clients until he sees his income dropping. From what I can see, there are plenty of clients in the club. Although there is hope, years ago there were plenty of bad reviews on 6 profi and plenty of complaints at reception that the girls don't approach the clients. The girls didn't react significantly to the management meeting when they were told to be more active, he then bumped up the lineup from 60 to 85 for a month to show the WGs who is in control

Reading 6 profi it does not seem that Ingo has a good opinion of the customers, even if I have read at last a post of apology from him: however, he knows the business very well and sees the numbers, so he can take the right decisions. I mean, the change in the pricing policy in Palace and History is a sign that something is not going in the right direction and he had to do something. If he insists on a limited numbers of girls, it is because the numbers of customers allow him to make a good profit; I just wonder till when, as I do not believe that anybody who goes there and fights to have room, will continue going there.

100% there is as well a talent pipeline problem. Why would a WG go to Globe where she has to work long hours, she has to respect a lot of semi-arbitrary rules, strict schedule and the infrastructure for the girls is crap. They don't even have WIFI for the girls where the girls sleep. The only reason the WGs come to Globe is if they make more money than somewhere else. Pretty much all girls in the business have friends, cousins whatever who work in another club and the Bush phone works.

Agree, so many girls have told me that in Globe they would make more money, but no, thank you, it would be like being in prison, I make here enough money and am freer. But, for sure, an attractive girl, who is willing to compromise, cannot find a better place to set aside a small fortune in 2/3 years.
