It's about apartments needing a certain level of sound proofing. How and where noise is measured has changed. Building something in Switzerland is a very very long and convoluted process.

You could buy a few apartments and rent them out to Globe girls on a weekly basis.

Yes, many like Selina and I find her prettier brunette. Yes, beauties are now rare, but no really uglies at Globe even some are really average face, compare to Germany or Austria where can see Sylvana on her 60's working at Sharks or GT just before virus closing, long time Asian who worked at World then Sharks, some MILF at GT Bruggen like Andrea even she is friendly. In this business, a higher price absolutely does not correlate with better service! Anybody with experience ought to know that. No, in Switzerland the issue is the overall cost of goods and services to begin with. Zurich is one of the most expensive cities in the world where food, lodging, transportation and everything else is sky high! This is the issue, not that the service is better at Globe thereby justifying higher prices. Plenty of mongers here will tell you otherwise, but I strongly believe that my position is true, and plenty of others side with me. The girls at Globe don't look better on average, and nor do I find the service to be better. It's good, but I also get great service in Germany (still). If somebody wants to go to Switzerland and drop big money knock yourself out. But don't kid yourself into believing that you're getting better service. Well, now that I think about it, maybe you should in order to not feel so bad about spending all of that money LOL!

Before, until beginning of 2019 , average level of looks and for sophisticated care for look were higher level at Globe and also for average level in bed, than in Germany where could find only few high level in bed beauties, but not many, but now Globe is not anymore higher level when I had prettier girls in Germany on 2019, Oase was the highest level for beauties on 2019, but Globe is still more expensive for new girls who are less pretty and less polite than before, and more and more often quite empty, and already even before virus.

The advantage I still see is the probability of having a better sessions in Globe compared to other clubs. Yes, you can have great sessions everywhere. Better success quota I have experienced in Globe.

I agree with you, at Globe you are more or less guaranteed a good session. The management is very interested that customers are happy and runs a very tight ship with the girls. In German clubs I saw a lot more up selling and girls being a lot more pushy and sometimes even unfriendly if you send them away. You might not always have great sessions but chances that you have a lousy session are very low. New girls can be hit or miss though and I had one average experience 2 weeks ago picking a new girl against my better judgement (she usually works in Germany).

I agree though that recently I am also not in favor of the Romanian's, not sure what is going on there or what the reason is. Maybe looking at the parked cars when they did reopen after Covid with expensive Mercedes or BMW with Romanian license plates out there and also reading a bit the stories in the newspapers it is highly possible a lot of them are sent by their loverboys (using the words of the largest Swiss tabloid).

It is definitely possible to find quality at lower prices. Whenever I find a girl offering quality at lower prices, I make sure she makes the most money. Greed And dishonesty will only scare away the customer.
