I agree with Siri that although it's nice to have favourite girls the best way to do it is to go yourself without too much preconditions and see for yourself. I can compare with Sharks. And the list of girls I posted yesterday are actually not the super-perfect bodies. Still, compared to Sharks in the very top area.

My benchmark is, with how many girls / ladies I would reallly not want to go to room at all (even for free). In Globe I would say maybe 5%. In Sharks I would say 30%. In Palace Frankfurt 60% (although last time I have been there is a few years ago).

Hunting level is rather low in Globe, if you are a new guest. If you visited a few times and girls are talking good things about you, this will change.

At Globe, not more than 10% of girls are attractive for me = pretty face, natural slim body, elegance, except on a Saturday mid April 2018 when casting was really great with top performers like Selina. I think I left 4 times with no room, desk seemed surprised I couldn't find any girl for me, twice was because I was too focused on ski on next day.

On my last visits at Sharks, among not far from 100 girls, couldn't find the faintest attractive enough to worth I pay for.

I agree the website photos are basically useless.

Many of the girls are very attractive. It depends on what you like.

I think I am very picky and eliminate a lot of girls for reasons other guys don't. Yet I typically have been able to find 1 - 2 girls on a visit that I like. I much prefer when there are 5 or 8 girls that I like.

I have also left Globe 4 times with out doing a second or third session as I couldn't find any more girls that I liked. I saw them earlier in the evening. But they are busy now in a room for multiple hours, or I see one I like and she says she is not available or has a reservation.

In my opinion it is not a concern about finding a girl you will like. You should go and you will find at least one or two. The real problem is how many other guys are there. When there are too many guys the best girls are not available and I leave. My best nights in Globe have been when there are very few guys and nearly all the girls are available. Obviously this will cause girls to leave as they are not earning what they expect.

When there are fewer guys the girls hunt a bit more. Personally I like it when a girl stops over to say Hello, better than when I chase her down and then decide a couple of minutes later I and don't want her and shouldn't have hunted her.
