I've done it (and seen it) recently at Swiss. But they are generally more sedate than Globe.

I have also observed that some stars are given the priority to chose their single day off.

That they are entitled to take during the week. Some girls like Kate for instance almost never work on Tuesday (voyeur day).

Last year the husband / pimp of one of the older Globe girls was arrested for pimping in Romania. The Romanian press said that 30 guys were arrested in that police operation, all guys from the same area in Romania. Maybe that was one of the talent pipelines that dried out.

Well I'm glad that particular talent pipeline dried up, because girls that are controlled by gangs have vacant or uppity personalities. The pimps tell them, "We are above you but you are above the customer. You can behave however you like in the room and we will protect you. " It's very hard for the smaller clubs to resist the pressure of the gangs if 90% of the girls are Romanians. And girls of other nationalities have told me if they go into a club with that kind of domination, they feel shut out, and girls don't stick around if other girls are unfriendly. In other words, wherever the pimps rule (running the club from outside) the independents cannot get a foothold, so the supply of *quality* talent actually goes down.

So I think Globe is right to filter out the drones / operatives / zombie dolls as much as possible. And it seems the Romanian girls coming from the German clubs are even more likely to have been absorbed by gangs than those coming direct from Romania.

I also think that some sources of talent are indeed drying up. Central and Eastern Europe is developing fast and there is less and less reasons to be a "working girl". Globe practically cannot recruit from the outside of EU (permits to work are required). So you won't see say Thai or African girls there. But from the other hand, I believe, that girls in Globe are making good money and probably there is a plenty of them willing to work there. 140 CHF vs 50 euro for 1/2 hour should be an interesting difference from the point of view of a girl. So Globe should be still her top pick.

Yes, the club is very exact with how many girls they want on each day. Now it is 40 for Sun. Wed and 54 - 55 for Thu. Sat. They don't want more, they don't want less. So, if they have too many girls, they send them maybe to sister club, or tell them that they are reserve. Reserve means they can be called to show up during the day, so the girls can't go shopping in Zurich or something like that. If girls call in sick, the club will get one of the reserves to come in. Sometimes girls call in sick just because they partied too much the day before, sometimes the club fines them for that.

A few years ago, it used to be 60 - 65 girls Fri. Sat. 4 years ago in February or March even 85, but that was only temporary to prove to the girls who is boss.

But some stars are never on reserve team, when some girls were sent at Westside for 1 or 2 days. I would be happy to have some Globe girls I like at Swiss for 89, so 1 h30 for 1 h at Globe, and entry only 65. I never noticed Gisele but her lower rate may worth the drive. I was said Globe pay taxi when girls are sent to other brothers clubs.

Some stars also most often avoid pole dances, some don t like Tuesday or FKK days.

In short, probably because the girls make less money than what they used to make. We see that Globe reduced the number of girls it allows per day by 10-15%, so they clearly expect less traffic than 3-4 years ago. Prices in the sister clubs dropped quite a lot in the last 2-3 years. At the same time, while still low for EU, salaries in Romania are going up constantly and there are places in Romania (Bucharest, Cluj, Timisoara) where unemployment is 2% or less.

From what I remember, there used to be quite a few newbies who would start the business in Globe or one of the sister clubs. Now, all newbies seem to come to Globe after touring the German FKKs for a while. Some can adapt to the club (the rules and the expectations), some can't and go back.

I think that a lot of girls come to a club based on what they hear from their friends. One example, there were at some point in the club 5 girls from the same small town in Romania, population 30000. One was a few years older, she was the first to arrive in Globe. After 2 years or so, some of her friends figured out one by one what she was doing, got more information and then came to the club. 3 of them met in the club, it was quite a surprise for them, because none of them would have considered the others as "that type of girl".

I looked at the list of the girls on their website. It is not up to date, there are still girls there that retired 2 years ago. If you exclude girls that I know are retired and the ones that haven't been in Globe since spring the current talent pool is only 120 girls. Difficult then to have for every weekend 50+ girls in the club.
