About planning a trip based on the lineup, I don't see how you can do that unless you plan only a few days in advance or constantly monitor who is around.

That's true. I always plan / book my travels months in advance. The main reasons is in my opinion the drop of foreign customers, both because of the increase of digital meetings and travel reduction and also because of the prices, which have seen some significant increases for foreigners coming from the Euro area and GB; if you compare the current prices in Euro vs the past, when the exchange rate was 1.2, an average day in Globe (1.5 hours) is around 30% more expensive!..
