Even though I live in Pattaya I have to travel and attend to my affairs in other countries. I fully expect for the girls I am involved in to continue to take customers. Not going to put you on blast, but less than two weeks ago I took a look at units for rental for one year. The conditions of the units were unacceptable to me compared to the unit I was in that was set up for vacation rental.

If you live in Pattaya VT6 is not an expensive option and nothing beats its location. Here is a unit for 10k baht (275 USD) per month. If you need a sea view then it's generally around 15-20k per month for a studio. Same prices since 2015.

It should be noted that on websites many listing are there just for show. To pull customers and then they tell you the unit is unavailable and redirect you to a different unit. Just my experiences. Do not kill the messenger.
