Not a very good location. I assume that the area is far from the central district. Everything I looked at was average 6 M +. I stayed in a tower condo on Soi 24, the room was new and the view was nice. The size was 27 SM, it sold for 12.5 MB. And they were selling units in a sales area on the entry. I was shocked at that price, in Honolulu we have some of the highest priced condos in the US, but nothing is that small for that price. I hope someone can answer your question on transfer fees.

It should be acknowledged that societal / cultural norms play a powerful double standard that also curtails their natural drive (s). Do men get shamed for being "sluts" to nearly the same degree?

After 25 the girls begin to realize the the biological clock is ticking and even more importantly, that their window of catching the "hot AND rich guy" is about to / or is closing so it's now or never time to parlay her features into the best future long term deal she can get.
