Besides, your body tells you when it is thirsty the same way it tells you it is hungry. You no more need to eat food before your body tells you it is hungry than you need to drink water before it tells you it is thirsty. As long as your urine is not dark, then your hydration level is fine and there is no need to buy the more expensive water thinking you will derive some benefit from it. The only people benefiting are the ones selling it. I have been getting the water out of the machine for 1 baht for a liter and a half for years. Never a hydration problem.
