My methods for being as safe as possible and my strong recommendation to anyone else engaging in routine barebacking is to be circumcised, get a vasectomy, make sure everything is well lubricated naturally or chemically, mostly go slow and gentle, as much as possible avoid prolonged "rough" play that might create abrasions such as 30 minute long aggressive cowgirl action from your lady, when you finish get up within a few minutes to wash with soapy water and take a leak, get yourself tested for biggies every 1-2 months, try to choose well in terms of anything obviously or visually alarming about your girl's vagina.
