In my situation that would be a Commander or higher. LOL! But I am the only one authorized to expend money in order to benefit my dick. So, a decision how much to pay a prostitute is NEVER above my pay grade.

This is an expression in English that you misunderstood (I am certain it is a cultural deficiency). What I think you mean to say was: "The amount needed to prostitutes that I observed was above the SubCommander's price point". Or another way to say it is I (Raj Raj) refuse to demean myself and pay lower than 2000 for my prostitutes. Because, I think that all prostitutes that will fuck and suck below that price point are: (insert what you believe here).

You receive pay. When you are making the payment: it is your price point. When something is above your pay grade you are not authorized to make the decision. Since every individual posting on this board makes these decisions for themselves, you can never use the expression "above one's pay grade" in the correct context that it is intended if you are referring to the payment made to prostitutes.
