I was also there in late 2019. While it was not as good there as it had been a decade earlier when the floating nightclub full of working girls was still open and running it certainly was not that bad. There were lots of young beautiful women available. I spent a lot of time in Eastern Europe and in the Ukraine and the people are very friendly not to mention beautiful and welcoming. They were still digging out of the mess that the Soviet Union left them in but they were doing well and had a very strong outlook for the future.
