I think that's not the history with me. My post can be read independently on its own. What I see is that TC is in a disadvantage position, and he digs his heels in. I underestimated the damage I could do and I did it intentionally to show certain aspect of things. I could apologize but as is he may misunderstand that I am apologizing something I am not.

I have to choose my words carefully in order to not cause more damage. I am not even sure if the word "damage" is appropriate but that is my best effort. I will have my tail between my legs go into hiding soon, hopefully with a newly-mint SB. hehe

May I ask a possibly stupid question? What is the connection between Bwana Dik and Bubba Boy?

I've been aware of Bwana Dik for some time. In the past, I've drank with acquaintances of his in Rio but always missed him by a week or so. I've been aware of Bubba Boy on these pages for awhile, but Bwana Dik goes further back in my memory.

Glad you asked, as it's a simple connection, really.

Bwana Dik is the ORIGINAL author, behind the very first guide, aka. "Bwana Dik Guide to Rio/Brazil". I can't remember if he produced further updates, but at some point Bubba Boy took over and updated the guide.

In the early releases Bubba Boy, gives full credit to Bwana Dik, as the originator and original source of his "Bubba Boy Guide". I haven't read whatever the latest version was, as he my still have given credit to Bwana Dik.

Now you know the story! Thanks to, The Cane (several months ago) for reminding me of this VERY IMPORTANT detail.

As some BMs love to gloss over this VERY IMPORTANT contribution, that the "Bwana Dik Guide to Rio/Brazil" played, towards the Brazilian ISG forum folklore history, that some of us have benefitted from today. Give credit where, credit is due.

As for criticizing other members economics, I will say this.

The daily volatility in your brokerage account, is probably far less than even the most generous monger at the most expensive venue. There are certainly days where it would have been better if I had simply gone to 4 x4 or Solarium and paid full price instead of placing a trade.
