• Not so obvious and often considered "thankless" contributions:
  Feedback (for those affirmation of those minor and major reports/updates and boot-on-the-ground info.),
  Commentary (to show support for those who take the time to write a report or to encourage, those that don't post that often)
  Analysis and Critiques (pos. e neg. if constructive, which hopeful does lead to invoking further insights into uncovering things ISGers thought to do or NOT do)
  Open Exchange of Ideas (I'm probably repeating my self here... but more target towards open dialogue and critique, regardless of the # of posts under your moniker)
  The "Thank You's" and "Attaboy's" (Simple but effective. Perhaps a relic to some, but in my books, still a thing of beauty)

Yes, the often "thankless" ISG contributions and contributors that are overlooked and often forgotten, in the eyes of some. After all, what is a leader without followers? What is a report/post, if no-one or anyone responds to it? Or it goes unnoticed and doesn't "move the needle" or illicit a response in anyone, enough to take the time to log-in and write a response?

You know, as well as I do, that there are ISGers/BMs that have hundreds/thousands of posts to their names and how much they've "actually contributed" will always be "a bone of contention", for ISGers/BMs who wish to debate such things, or argue about another ISGer's "worth" or "value" of contribution, as if somehow they've been appointed "ISG Jury, Judge and Executioner". Again...have at it!

Some goes for the frequency of contributions to forums. I know I lot guys, are hung up on "how much" or "When much" an ISGer contributes, I'm not one of those guys. Again, I'm more interested in garnering anything, of meaningful "substance", from "as little" or "as much" from their content/contribution being posted, no matter the frequency or period of frequency of posts, no matter the forum/thread. And if I can't find anything of "value"...I MOVE ON!
