Good Enough, one of the two main trolls on these boards, launched into an unhinged attack on me because I said people should not support USAID as it is a CIA front but should instead give to expat priests or nurses who have local networks on the ground. By way of background, I did that because I formerly donated to such a priest in a former Visayas typhoon who had a huge network on connected family on the ground. I also raise quite a lot, in the millions of dollars, for specific charities myself and take not one single, solitary dime for myself. I would not dream of working for USAID, the Mafia or any other such group. Big words, you say. But if you check my posts here, you will see substantial gaps, most recently in Sept / Oct when I was doing the real work criminal parasitic groups like USAID do not do. Although those who think clearly, those who are not in the Epstein / Maxwell / Clinton camp, know this. There may be some naiive souls who would be swayed by Good Enough and similar plants.

But proof is not really clean.

This must be an example of how not to forge something. I will not repeat what others have said.

1. The typeface in the boxes does not line up. The correct typeface would be the one in the Student ID box because that number is a match for numbers below it in the account number.

2. The charges minus the credits equal around 2,500, not 10,000.

3. The 2021 due date at the top is different from the 2001 due date at the bottom is different than the 2008 date for the charges.

4. Mindanao has a Massachusetts Grant, a Pell Grant (given by the US government), and a Stafford Loan?

5. Must be a really smart person to have a physics lab fee. Surely they could explain something as basic as force equals mass times acceleration.

There are at least 10 tells, yet I would say nothing about them. Instead, I would just ask for a picture of the back of the paper.

I've run across that on the numerous platforms I visit. They ask for a gift for a picture and the one "profile" picture doesn't at all look like who's sending. One quick rule of thumb I've learned, if the profile photo is in a very nice hotel room or resort that looks very high end and the girl is supposedly in the PH, then it's a fake picture. Most of the time those women haven't gone no further than the province and those pictures and locations are well out of their grasp.

She'd not paid her bill and could not take her exams because of it, so they dropped her. She had not mentioned dropping out (we are all shocked). Out of the blue, some chismosa: "If you are her boyfriend sir, sorry. She have pinoy suitor here. And other foreigner guy also make payments to us for the girl". Really! "Yes sir. Did you want to pay the bill for the girl? She can come back".

I have paid two university degrees for two different filipina over a few years. These were girls I was bedding when in their towns so there was no need to scam me.

Looking at that scam invoice though there is one thing that looked familiar. One of my girls had a 'scholarship' which was being shown as a credit on each of her term fees. When it came time to graduate the college revealed that the politician had not made good on their grant. Of course the girl had to pay the balance (and not the college whom had failed to collect the debt from the polli). I think my total settlement for that girl was P10 K which she worked off with a three week beach holiday.
