Why's it so impossible for some guys to believe that a gringo can get mugged and choked out in 1 of the most dangerous cities in the world, technically the most dangerous 3 years running, a city with no criminal system for violence anyway. When I was mugged, it was 1 girl talking to me, 30 feet south of that newer parking garage, where the fatter girls stand around, drug dealers, food stands, as you walk up that block you turn left at the corner to get to the arch.
