Again, you are going on and on about evidence that proves Dr. Fauci is a sinister fraud. And yet. No fucking evidence.
Just claims and speculation, now with additional blabber thrown in.
When are you retiring from debating?
Seems like it was yesterday.
Additionally. I don't know when the first "Official" case of Covid-19 occurred, or how that establishes culpability on Dr. Fauci's part.
But our Airforce surveillance cameras have lots of pictures of Wuhan area hospitals with parking lots that began overflowing in October 2019. Too bad our worst president ever stopped our country / s monitoring for epidemic outbreaks was stopped in October 2018. Bring some evidence that Dr. Fauci supported the removal of Obama's monitors if you are looking for real evidence against Dr. Fauci.

Many ask reasonable questions: given the possibility of such a scenario however remote should the initial experiments have been performed and / or published in the first place, and what were the processes involved in this decision? Scientists working in this field might say as indeed I have said that the benefits of such experiments and the resulting knowledge outweigh the risks."
So, this is the responsible leader we need? Seriously? Do you agree with him that it was worth the risk?

Posts: 444It is all big business where profits are measured in the hundreds of millions and the more people they get aligned with the system the more money is made.
Just like Big Oil and NRA have their hands so far up the Right and Right-Media we know that side will never act against it. The Establishment Health System has just as much control of the Left and the Mainstream media so that side will never act against it. We may see a lot of talk of getting Big Pharma under control but nothing will ever happen. There may even be something small sacrificed to keep the voters happy but the major change will always seem just out of reach.

Posts: 444I agree. Problem is when I am talking Establishment Health System most people think about what they know. The nurses and doctors who treat them. The nurses and doctors are in the trenches and they are the as close the Super Heroes as we know imo.
I am talking about the government systems like FDA and NIH which are more corporations than anything else. These entities were already very susceptible to lobby type influences that already is infested most of our government but 10-15 years ago the system was changed so a large chuck of their funding comes from the approval process of new medicine. Mean while because of how the grant process works from the Establishment Health System most doctors will not speak against the Establishment Health System because of fear of losing grants.
Guess to some this can sound conspiracy like but anyone who has worked in a large corporation is familiar with how this power structure works.

Posts: 444Fauci is just a bureaucrat who is far from the trenches and thinks more politics than actual logistics on how to save lives imo. Yea he is guilty of some stuff but no more so than any other politician in the USA. It is what the "leaders" of the USA have become.
Now Peter Daszak. Recent reports say him and the Wujan bat woman were both on a paper requesting funding from DARPA to make what could be described as COVID19 . In Sept 2018. There is no doubt to me those two are covering something up.
Fauci may not be involved but at the min he is playing Cover His A** and helping hide the truth.
And honestly the more important reason people should be interested in this is because scientists will take things as far as we let them. It should not surprise anyone there is a chance Covid19 was maybe lab made and accidently leaked. Instead of playing political sides people should tell their elected reps they want this kind of research to stop because in all honestly we are lucky. Some corona viruses have been far more lethal than Covid19 is. If we do not put a stop to this research they may do something even worse in the future.

We let them find their new CoVid cures from the exotic fumes of country outhouses.

I original thought Mac and Cheese was a member of the Mickey Mouse club, faking his age to talk sex, but his arguments are mature, well-referenced, concise, solid and very convincing.
This pandemic is a horrible disaster to every human and every country in the world, causing millions dead and costing trillions in economic damages. Millions people of the world are dying or going hungry and we still don't know how and how soon the world will recover.
In critical times like this, we should maintain objectivity, avoid crack pot lunatics with their crazy conspiracy theories, and trust only science-based recommendations by responsible elected or appointed officials.

Please return your mind to those Wuhan wet markets. LOL And ignore the scientific evidence within the genome sequence. Ignore the timing discrepancies of the first case. Better yet, insert head back into sand. So curious how you can accept a theory about wet markets with literally no evidence, yet dispute other theories despite real evidence. But as they say, ignorance is bliss. Enjoy it.

You look bad when you claim that there is a mountain of evidence.
When there is 0% evidence you have presented.
Just 100% lame, false, speculation.
Where's the beef? Where are the mountains of beef?

I suspect this is good news to all. I'm done with the COVID talk. I know it bores most people. And while I love debate, I have found that, like real life, there is no space for actual thought. We all have our beliefs and have no willingness to think beyond our pre-determined beliefs. And that's what scares me. That was my whole point of this unending thread of posts. A closed mind or a fool that thinks they know it all is very dangerous. My true hope is that we all learn to be more discerning with the "news" we ingest. It's hard to do because many have their favorite, trusted talking head. But they all have an agenda. Perhaps the most ludicrous statements I've heard in this thread: 1) It's not about money. 2) Fox News is biased, MSNBC is not. (or vice versa). If you believe those, you really need to challenge yourself!

However, this is where Daszak comes in. There are multiple communications between the two that are now public. And here's the smoking gun, in my opinion. Fauci is a scientist. Without any real evidence, Fauci told us that a lab leak was impossible. Forget for a second if it was or wasn't a lab leak. There was no investigation done. No research done. But Fauci immediately told us it's not from a lab leak? That's not what scientists do. That's what someone does when trying to deflect attention. As we now know, a lab leak is quite possible. We'll likely never know for certain, despite a growing mountain of evidence. But the main point is why Fauci disputed that was even possible. There are only two reasons for his coverup. To protect his good friend Daszak or to protect himself.
So I fault Fauci on many aspects. Obviously, the research was not "worth the risk". He was wrong about the possibility of a lab leak. He's not sinister or at fault because the pandemic happened. But if you don't find something sinister about a coverup of the largest pandemic in human history? If he's the golden child people believe he is, 100% of his energy should have been on answers, not protecting himself and / or his friend.

But I really don't see Dr. Fauci masterminding the next Watergate cover-up, nor the beef behind your accusations that he is this sinister mastermind.

And if that doesn't convince you about motives, tell me one logical reason the CDC would stop monitoring breakthrough cases. Read this article carefully. The approach defies logic. And then you have states claiming that breakthrough COVID hospitalizations aren't due to COVID. But, the first go around, people that died in vehicle accidents were counted as COVID deaths.

If you don't want to see the truth, well, some things are better left unsaid.
