So I've been getting PM's from a board member, desperately trying to kiss my ass and trying to get on my good side. I don't have a high opinion of this stalker and have never responded to him, yet he continues to send me messages in order to try and earn brownie points with me. I haven't even read most of his messages and now just ignore them. He thinks just because our political views align, that somehow I'd be willing to befriend him LOL. I have no interest at all in maintaining any communication with this pathetic regalo sack toting monger. Is there any way to block messages from specific posters? I've attached a screenshot of my inbox as evidence. Portions of this pitiful monger's username have been redacted to protect the identity of the feebleminded.

So the criminal profits $500 k every 7 days, tax free. So that's $26 million a year in profits just from one house. You can go around a put a gun to 50 people's heads a day. So they can extort 350 people a week, $500 k profit per extortion attempt. That's $9. 1 billion profit annually. Run that hustle for a few years and invest the proceeds wisely and you'd easily be a trillionaire in 6-7 years.

And they had to pay them the value of the house. I didn't ask for details beyond that. By the way, all you need to transfer a property in the US is a deed, which can be prepared in less than an hour. You would have to get it notarized to record it. That might take another 30 minutes. All the time consuming stuff you talk about has to do with clearing taxes, liens, and other burdens to the property and making sure the bank will lend on the property. It is a common, but not necessary, practice if you are buying for cash.

If ten guys cross the border and 6 have to pay a 30 dollar fee, that makes it likely they have to pay. There's a lot people online writing they had to pay it.
