I wasn't going to share this with you all. But in commemoration of the new thread and how intensely applicable my story is, come one come all, gather around.
The summer before last, I was walking down the south side of Primera from the arch toward Constitucion. I came across what I had considered at the time to be the sexiest little thing I may have ever laid eyes on. I thought she should be working in Hong Kong and was almost giddy when she quoted me a half hour of full services for 500 pesos. I've heard things about this area before. Things that I would have no part of. But she just seemed so feminine in her looks and her voice, I thought it was just my luckiest day.
It gets better before it gets worse. We get in the room and she has the most perfectly augmented breasts. A bit too firm in retrospect, but something about the little head winning the battle. She proceeds to give me BBJ. I'm trying really hard to take off her shorts which are way too tight and providing a lot of resistance. I finally get them low enough to reach in to finger her but I feel something that shouldn't be there. Dammit I should've known. I reflexively let out a yell and jump off the bed.
I offer 250 pesos, half the original deal, to walk away now with no hard feelings. No pun intended. She insists I pay the full 500 to cover the cost she supposedly has to pay for the room. Total BS since I already paid for the room. Her friend comes in, somewhat feminine but big with a much more masculine build and voice. She says I need to pay up because everyone knows this is how things are around here.
I don't budge. She threatens to call the police while the original "girl" is blocking the door. After a few minutes, she lets her guard down providing the slightest opening for me to sprint past her out the door and toward the exit. Fortunately I was a track star in high school. She grabbed onto the handle at the top of my backpack but I'm running hard enough to easily break her grip. I sprint full speed toward the door, which is fortunately open, and continue all the way to Hong Kong where I find asylum and successfully have intercourse with a real woman. Good times.
Moral of the story: stay away from Hotel Rio Verde.

And don't make up easily verifiable lies in order to support your inconsequential point. I NEVER, and I mean never wrote about dollars then had to clarify it to pesos. That is an outright ridiculous lie. You are obviously referring to post #699 in the Tropical Bar thread, where you mistakenly understood what I wrote to be in dollars. I didn't write in dollars, nor pesos. I just wrote "$300. " And in its context, it is obvious I meant pesos. Again, you are the only person who didn't have enough sense to know that I obviously meant pesos. Like, when someone writes "I paid $20 for a taco" are you going to grill them for getting ripped off on a $20 usd taco? Or if someone writes "I took the HK chica arriba for $80. " Are you going to hound them for the chica's info because you think you can take her arriba for $80 pesos? In almost all instances, when writing about monetary amounts, it is plainly obvious to anyone with the smallest amount of sense to know whether the OP is writing about dollars or pesos.
If I may give a bit of advice, when someone is writing about monetary amounts, give it a bit of thought. It should be obvious whether the poster means dollars or pesos. We're not talking dollars vs Euros here, where the exchange rate is like 1. 15. We're talking a 19:1 exchange rate so it should be obvious! You don't need to create new posts solely to point out typos, and lie in the process of doing so. It is a waste of time and bandwith. If I were to try and correct every type in every post I'd be still stuck on the same thread a year later.

I sometimes walk up revolution for a break in the day. There are souvenir shops and I sometimes stop to buy cheap sunglasses (sunglasses fetish). Anyway I got to know this older gentlemen and he always remembers me. He offered tequila that is supposed to be very good there is a testers bottle that tourists can try.
And I tried some. Ended up buying a bottle and had it in my room for the stay. In hindsight it was kind of stupid of me to buy unknown tequila but it was really good and I did not go blind. Broke my own travel rule but turned out ok.
I purchased tequila at the pharmacy down from revolution. The man said this was better than Patron, the man lied. It is hard to find good tequila for a decent price. Can anyone recommend a good liquor store that does not cater to tourists or should I buy on USA Side and carry across?

I think you have it backasswards.
I didn't bother to look it up, but.
A correct statement might be "The peso is currently at 21.67 per euro right now."
About a week ago you wrote about dollars, and then had to clarify that you meant pesos. Your confusion detracts from your missives.
