There are quite a few good restaurants in Tijuana with very low prices. Search the food scene. I hare to go places where girls are ugly and food unappoetizing.

So I think at the tip top end Colombia wins, but it is a lot of time, energy, and money to get that elusive 9 or 10 Colombian, and ironically you may not have to go to Colombia to get one. LOL.

If you want to get drugged, phone, wallet, passport stolen, of course the place to go is Colombia.

So much of this MDE vs Tijuana argument depends on not only preference of girls but your style. To me, there's no right or wrong. It's more about what you want. A few thoughts:

If your Spanish is weak, go to Tijuana.

Tijuana's bars are all clustered together, making it less hassle than MDE.

If you prefer longer dates, MDE is the winner. Generally, girls will stay much longer.

Can find TLN in Colombia for $200-300 USD with Facebook girls, even girls from gusto / la Isla if you build good rapport. For short trips, Tijuana is the better option. For 7+ day trips, Colombia is the better option as there are other activities that you can combine with mongering. With Tijuana, you're kinda boxed in and there isn't much to do.
