Are you guys leaving the luggage at the actual club entrance to HK or the hotel front desk at Cascada / rizo? If at the hotel, is there any issues leaving luggage there for a few hours if you are not actually staying the night? Thanks for the help so far by the way, just want to make sure I'm on the same page.

I haven't tried Cascadas / Rizo, but I have left bags at both the HK and CC entrances without any issues at all. At HK, they will tag your bag and give you a ticket so as long as you don't lose that you should be fine. As mentioned, tipping a couple of bucks probably wouldn't hurt. I've done this by default whenever I get to Tijuana well before check-in time at Cascadas.

I left gears in casa ada rizo and HK front desk many times, never lost anything.
I left an expensive bottle of Don Julio 1942 with HK front desk a few weeks, they never took a swig.

Posts: 6515Hotel Cascada or Rizo de Oro will store your luggage. Almost all hotels would store luggage for guests.
Or you can leave it at Hong Kong s front desk. Just tip the guy a few bucks when you pick up so he won't biitch.

I got a bit of an odd trip coming up. Flying into Tijuana airport, leaving from San Diego Airport. But got 8 hours in between during the day. Is there somewhere I can drop off and store my luggage temporarily that it will be safe so I can hang out in the clubs for a few hours.
Any advice would help.

As suggested if you are doing it to save money on parking, just park in the trolley lot. But if you are planning on returning to the USA Mid morning its probably worth using otay to avoid long waits.
