I have crossed a few time when the San Ysidro crossing is over 3 hours as tecate was only 20 min after 10 am. Yesterday I had dinner with a favorite and she tells me that when a girl comes back after a vacation, they have to pay the club $100 for paper work and testing that included blood test and urine test.
