Just change your screen name to Clueless. At least that way, people will understand why you post such drivel.

Captain, I rarely ever go to the titty bars on the weekend--I'm normally involved in undercover work on the weekends. Hehe. Next time you're planning a weekday trip, give me a heads up. We'll hoist a few beers together.

I realize that some of you people couldn't get a girl out on a date if you drugged her but some of us actually have relationships with women that extend past 30 lackluster minutes in a brothel bed.

These people are trying too hard to look cool, it's pretty Sad and desperate. Unless you're blind, an actual Rockstar or got some crazy, lazy, googly eyes. Then wearing sunglasses in a dark club should be banned.

Don Julio 70 750 ML $31 UETA San Ysidro

UETA sells liquors far cheaper than any stores in Mexico:

Have a Mexico receipt for something, so CBP won't hassle you where you bought it!

Where to buy tequila bottles in Tijuana

Can anyone recommend where in Zona Norte I could buy high quality tequila at a cheaper price than in the USA? I'm thinking stuff like don Julio 70 or 1942 and planning on carrying it back across the border.

San Diego is the same way, California citizens, or at least the vocal ones, want the crime. It's the liberals here they don't really want police around or jails etc. Everybody has there stuff stolen in San Diego frequently its normal. In a lot of ways going to Tijuana is like a cleansing vacation. If you compare the people staying in revolucion hotels vs San Diego hotels, there's no comparison. The Tijuana people are cleaner, more normal, mentally healthier, more respectful, not smoking cigarettes and weed constantly.

The third world smell of the place, the crappy rip off antics of the bars and the meseros, the food that has given me a stomach ache, the damn ranchera and banda music, the methed out beggars, the corrupt policia. You get the idea. I long to get back to the good ole USA. Imagine buying a place out there and getting this urgent need to get the Hell out of there but you are stuck. Think about it. Some of my friends that have bought there wish they didn't.
Pattaya does this to me too, Tijuana as well, but for different reasons.

Being more 'stuck' in TH, I've made it a mid-trip ritual to do nothing drink or lady related, I start the day at the Orphanage there (which is somewhat impressive), and make a sizable donation from my own 4 and from what friends give that know I'm going and pitch in.

Then I get on the scooter and head as far from town as I can to go see something new every trip. A day or two out of 'town' seeing natural smiles outside of a bar or gogo does wonders.

Compared to neighborhoods like "Tenderloin" in San Francisco, "Skid Row" in LOS Angeles, "South Bronx" in New York City or ruined Detroit, "Zona Norte" in Tijuana doesn't look so bad. (Please google images).

Tijuana is overpriced and safer? Compared to California?

That is so true, I get there on Friday night and leave Sunday morning. I always can't wait to get to my mobile home in El Cajon.
