Eventually tried a cam girl. Since I was cautious with the reports here of ripp offs; went with high rating ones (but I am sure some of these 5 stars must be fake as Ravi89 has pointed). First I added a girl Named Chathu who has stressed in the add that she will not cheat anyone. I messaged and asked for a future date to which she replied with a bit of a rude voice message. I first thought its review just for the advert but it seems its for the account and not for any particular advert. I came across this one with a rating of 2.5 with many rating 5. Perhaps we should go by the rating when selecting?
