Is the vaccine mandate in Colombia actually enforced? I'm a remote-working nomad and I need to get out of the USA now. Usually I go to Mexico but I'm tired of it. I had covid, so I have immunity and wasn't going to take a vaccine. Would I be able to do things in Bogota or Medellin? Eg, grocery store, gym, restaurant, bar? I actually have a positive antibody test showing I had the virus at some point in the past, but that's probably not worth much.

There is no vax mandate here. There is a VaxCard requirement to get into public places but most places are ignoring it in Bogota.
