    You can take magnesium at the same time as vitamin K2. Don't wait.

    Young man already struggling with ED

    Yo the psych meds are causing the problem. Figure out another way to cope with your condition without the meds.     You've had some good advice already to which I would simply add the following. Desire is required to get horny / hard. You have suppressed your desire by being able to feed a need through porn.     The clean teeth effect is the first sign that your vitamin K2 supplements are working. If your arteries are clogged as much as mine were, you might later notice a tingling sensation in your hands and feet. If it becomes uncomfortable, stop taking K2. This will reduce, but not stop the symptoms. When large amounts of calcium are released from the lining of your arteries, it circulates in your blood until the body can remove it. For that reason, I suggest caution for very old people (over 80). Consider taking the magnesium daily, but take the K2 only once or twice a week.
