    I eat a lot of vitamin K. For a start, all of my veg, and I eat a lot of veg, is fermented. The problem is 5 a day no longer applies, as most store bought fruit and veg is imported (no matter where you live, it is imported). Similarly, the good is gone out of animals.

    The bottom line is we are broken down with age. Though I am still fit and healthy, and exercise regularly, the flexibility of youth is gone. When younger, much younger, I could play sport all day, take the rough and tumble and get back up. Those days are gone. I can't even jump up on a little wall teenagers jump over with ease.

    Our world has changed and so have we. Our food is shot, women don't know how to cook or care to cook, and our testo levels are through the floor.

    Cure that is cheaper?

    GlyNAC supplementation reverses aging hallmarks in aging humans.

    A randomized, double blind human clinical trial conducted by researchers at Baylor College of Medicine reveals that supplementation with GlyNAC – a combination of glycine and and-acetylcysteine – improves many age-associated defects in older humans and powerfully promotes healthy aging.     "This is the first randomized clinical trial of GlyNAC supplementation in older humans, and it found that a wide variety of age-associated abnormalities improved in older adults supplemented with GlyNAC, while no improvements were seen in those receiving placebo," said corresponding author Dr. Rajagopal Sekhar, professor of medicine. Endocrinology, diabetes and metabolism at Baylor.

    The improvements in oxidative stress, glutathione levels and mitochondrial function in the muscle tissue of older humans taking GlyNAC were similar to the improvements in organs such as the heart, liver and kidneys of aged mice supplemented with GlyNAC as reported in the researchers' recent publication. Taken together, the results of these studies show that GlyNAC supplementation can improve these defects in many different organs of the body. "GlyNAC supplementation in aging mice increased their length of life mice by 24% said Sekhar. "Gait speed is reported to be associated with survival in older humans. Our randomized clinical trial found a significant improvement in gait speed in older humans supplemented with GlyNAC.     I guess, to each his own. But I would disagree and also it becomes really difficult to differentiate between the effects of watching porn and masturbation as far as ED is concerned, because in most cases both go hand in hand with each other (no pun intended). It is just like how it is difficult to determine if HIV spreads through oral sex alone because in most cases, where oral sex is involved it eventually leads to vaginal or anal penetration. So it is hard to determine if the transmission happened because of the oral or vaginal penetration. Viewing porn may not have physical effects but it certainly screws up with the mental aspects of the brain's dopamine levels. This is also why you find it difficult to jack off to the same porn again and again. Once that dopamine hit is over, you need new variety to stimulate your brain. This is why most of us spend hours looking for that one good clip or some folks turn to even more extreme aspects of porn to get that dopamine reward back. The carefully crafted angles, scenes and performance in porn cannot be matched in real sex which is mostly a vanilla experience. Also porn leads to this bizarre third party viewing experience where you are viewing two people having sex from a third party perspective rather than from a first party pov. Some researchers have attributed this to a sort of voyeurism being developed in individuals where they get off watching other people have sex and this does screw up real life one to one experiences because your brain is so conditioned to a certain 'voyeuristic' viewing perspective. A similar but unrelated reason is why many people can't climax when they get a handjob from a masseuse etc because their brains are so conditioned to the idiosyncratic way in which they do it themselves (grip, stroking, technique, torque vs up and down motion, speed). I did lay off porn for a while after nearly a decade or more of daily viewing and the results have been quite surprising. Harder erections, more morning wood, a small but good improvement in size when erect and more responsive to stimuli which wouldn't have been the case earlier. Though I do have to admit I did relapse. Even if it was some sort of mental placebo effect, it is a placebo I would gladly accept. But getting off porn is not easy, especially if you consume it daily.     Magnesium

    Magnesium supplements are a trade-off. Magnesium oxide is less bio available, but it is also a higher dose per pill. Magnesium citrate is more available but lower dose. I use magnesium glycinate. It is the most bio available, but also lowest dose per pill. I choose it because I tend to get diarrhea from large doses of magnesium. This way I can take smaller doses throughout the day. Read the label. There are some products labelled magnesium bis-glycinate that have both the glycinate and oxide form. Magnesium should be taken every day. Somewhere around 200 to 300 MG would be the minimum daily dose to have much effect. I currently take about 400 to 800 MG, depending on how tight my muscles feel that day. People who eat a lot of meat find that magnesium supplements reduce constipation. For those who don't like taking pills, there is a product called Natural Calm. It is a powdered form of magnesium citrate that you dissolve in a drink. Magnesium can be taken at night as a sleep aid. A good natural source of magnesium is plant based protein powder. It also has trace minerals. These are often made from grain and pea protein and sweetened with stevia. For a plain unsweetened product, pumpkin seed protein powder is good. Add it to a smoothie. Because of the protein content, these powders don't cause diarrhea like magnesium supplements.

    Magnesium is stored in the muscles. It helps muscles to relax. If your muscle levels are high you will feel very limber. If your muscle levels are low your muscles will feel tight and you might get cramps. Magnesium is used in processing vitamin D3 to the active form. You will need more magnesium if taking vitamin D3 supplements or if you get natural D3 from summer sunshine. If you take vitamin K2 after being deficient, it will start a process of decalcification that will clear the plaque from your arteries, teeth and soft tissues. This process uses up magnesium. You will need to take more magnesium until all the excess calcium is removed from your body. This might take years, depending on how bad your case is. Zinc is also somewhat depleted during this process.

    Zinc is stored in the muscles. You can take a smaller dose every day (10 to 15 MG) or take a bigger dose (50 MG) for a month or two and then take a few months off. That way you don't have to take as many pills. Or you could eat oysters regularly. Zinc is balanced with copper, so it is a good idea to take a supplement that has both. Oysters have both. Pumpkin seed protein powder has zinc, copper and other minerals. Gray hair is thought to be caused by a deficiency of copper. Dr Berg sells a trace mineral supplement that has a good ratio of various trace minerals.

    Vitamin K2

    There are different forms of vitamin K2. The form that is stored in the liver and in animal fat is MK-4. The form produced by fermentation from Natto bacteria is MK-7. European style fermented cheese has mostly MK-9 from a different bacteria. There are two forms of supplements. Most are MK-7 that is produced from Natto bacteria. The dosage is measured in micrograms (mcg). There is also a supplement of MK-4 that is synthetically produced in a laboratory. The dosage is much higher. It is measured in milligrams (MG). I tried the MK-4 supplement first, reasoning that it is in the same form that is stored in the liver. However, I didn't get the desired results from it. MK-7 gave me the clean teeth effect but MK-4 didn't. I believe they got something wrong in the laboratory and the molecule is not identical. There was also a study that showed the same thing.

    From these results they conclude that MK-7 is more bioavailable than MK-4. I believe that is true for the supplement, but not necessarily for natural food sources of MK-4. I have read online reviews where people said they got the clean teeth effect from high vitamin butter oil supplements. Emu oil supplements should do the same thing. However, the MK-7 supplements are more readily available. You should be able to find them in your local drug store or health food store. For those who don't like swallowing pills, Natto can be found at Japanese food stores or Asian supermarkets. However, the taste and consistency are said to be unappetizing. High vitamin butter oil is available in bulk as a food product. Duck fat is readily available in large cities. It is a fair source of natural vitamin K2 MK-4. It has a high smoke point, so is good for cooking with.

    Vitamin D3 supplements are now available with added K2. That can reduce the number of pills you need to take if you want both vitamins. Both are helpful for erectile function. Check the label since some D3 supplements add vitamin K1 instead of K2. Look for K2 MK-7. Vitamin D3 and K2 are both fat soluble. They are stored in the liver. You don't have to take them every day. Once you build up your levels, you can stop taking them for awhile. Vitamin D3 is naturally obtained from exposing skin to sunshine. A few months exposure in the summer can provide enough D3 to last the rest of the year, if you don't use sunscreen. In my experience, one bottle of vitamin K2 supplements can provide enough to last a few years, based on how long the clean teeth effect lasts. Vitamin D3 is converted in the body to another form. This process uses up magnesium.

    3 or 4 month update

    Been doing the Dough routine for 3 months maybe 4.

    D3 magnesium and k2 take the k2 and d3 every 3 days but mag everyday.

    Feel very healthy and calmer with this regimen as well. Been meeting more ladies for sex and working on ways to seduce them.

    Boners been great, also disagree with the porn as I have been sending girls I know porn when I know they like it and it is an aphrodisiac for them. I have had quite a few freebies being in chats and sharing porn especially lesbo porn to start.

    Went down to my local swingers club and fucked the girl I brought in front of others. Did well, fucked another girl later who got excited and watched. Both in their 40's Gringas but goood fucks.

I presume this is an effect of the magnesium since the K2 decalcification of the artery process should take a lot longer than two weeks.

    Whenever I see someone report this kind of experience I'm always curious about their specifics, so here are mine. Mid-fifties, reasonably healthy, pretty good diet, reasonable exercise but nothing crazy, bloodwork all pretty normal. Could lose 15-20 pounds to get to ideal weight but overall reasonably healthy middle aged guy.

    Several years ago when I had ED, I tried taking Swedish Flower Pollen Extract. About two weeks after taking two capsules per day, my semen volume had doubled and the number of contractions during ejaculation doubled from 6 to 12. When the bottle was empty I quit taking it and I quickly went back to the previous amount. Recently I started counting contractions again and I am consistently getting 12 now. I attribute this to the decalcifying effect of vitamin K2 and magnesium. I assume the semen volume also doubled, though the change happened so gradually that I didn't notice.
