Once your "tank" is full, it's full. Adding more isn't going to help you anymore. The size of your "tank" will vary from the next person but the concept remains the same.

I, too, did research based on your reports and found one thing to be careful of: Vitamin K is not recommended for anyone (me) presently on a blood thinner as it thickens the blood. It seems best to leave your blood thinner first, in consultation with your cardio, and begin your experimentation with MK 7, something I plan on doing. Thanks for all your effort here, JD, in the interest of better boners! In a more hands-on way, chi nei tsang massage and Karsai nei tsang are recommended as a manual way of releasing blockages in the genitals and abdomen and restoring good blood flow, which is all an erection is, after all.     Sex is psychological but there are also physical reasons for ED. For example low testosterone, high levels of estrogen, BPH, poor blood circulation to the sex organs. But no arguments that the mind and mental stimulation are big factors as well as depression or anxiety. I am only speaking from personal experience and don't ave a PhD. Just curious, what is yours in?

    To get to 100% less plaque, I have two suggestions. Increase zinc supplements for a few days. If that works, then you know you were deficient. The other suggestion is to quit all milk products and supplements that contain calcium for awhile and see if that helps. Your K2 and magnesium supplements may be being used up neutralizing the calcium in your daily diet.

    This sounds reasonable. I'm longtime into supplements, but pretty new to magnesium supplementation and its actions. I will continue with this dosage and see. As mentioned in an earlier post the K2-7 is already working on the teeth; great feeling with already 50-60% slower plaque accumulation.

What was the level of charge before plugging it in? What apps are running while it is being charged?

    After taking vitamin K2 MK7 and getting the smooth teeth effect, I need more magnesium to prevent tight muscles than I did previously. My magnesium burn rate has increased in order to excrete excess calcium that has been released from the walls of the arteries. How long this process takes for each person depends on the amount of plaque they had accumulated.

    Scroll down and read some of my previous posts on magnesium. If you take magnesium oxide, you would probably need to take thousands of milligrams per day, since very little is absorbed by the body. You could take hundreds of milligrams of magnesium glycinate and absorb the same amount. I prefer glycinate. I suggest paying close attention to how you feel when you take it. That is your clue to the correct dose. If you have muscle stiffness, you need more. If you are as limber as a ballerina, you have enough. Everyone is different.
