ML, I think you need to understand what SA is fighting and what American law is. Prostitution is the exchange of anything of value for sex or the expectation of sex. The goal then should be to offer up money but not directly doing so and try to morph your exchange into something that a potential boyfriend may do with a potential girlfriend. Also, do not offer to fly a woman or pay for travel on the first meet as that could be seen as trafficking.

From what I have found SA gives you more latitude in other countries where prostitution is legal, but even then I have not come out and said $200 for sex. What I have said is that I do not pay for sex, but if I have enjoyed the company of a woman from this site, and I have given them gifts. Usually the women get it but you do have the morons who say, "You mean you are not going to pay me?" and then I give up on them. I don't want to meet someone so stupid. Occasionally, I will define what prostitution actually is. But after I was on SA and met all those fuckups on there, I then totally respected our company's secretaries. This is an interesting SA question. How many girls are just looking for an occasional paying date vs. Girls that use SA to pay their expenses. If a girl can command a high rate, it may make sense for her to have many clients. What is their price? Let's say a gal can make 500 ppm. Do you veterans have any suggestions about other destinations that could replicate my time in Cartagena? I would love to find girls who I can wife up for a couple days and have the time of my life. I had no luck with SA in Guadalajara. What is interesting there though is Puerto Vallarta is only a 4 hour drive away.
