This age old question doesn't seem reasonable to me. The price should be whatever works between you and her. The situation dictates the price.

In a tier one (expensive) coastal city I've paid as low as 300 ppm and as high as 1500. Right now I have 3 girls, going to 1 in the very near future. So what's the difference?
