AirBnB does not allow hidden camera. I know host can still use it but not likely if you use a host with many reviews. I wonder how they would track you if you register in US.

Let me tell you how that goes. I would do this with women I had met previously. I would buy the ticket and one out of every two times the women would cancel or not come. Three times I had women cancel and claimed to have a sick father (never the mother), and one friend started giving me shit about it. You are trading off one problem for another. Your system requires trust among the parties where people have an incentive to report. You said your landlord has several places. Can she recommend or suggest a place with more "privacy?" What would be almost ideal is if you can get a "job" working at this place as either security or maintaince. You don't have to get paid. Just gives you an excuse to be there at any time as long as you don't show up with the girl and are seen entering her apt. If you can get the landlord to introduce you to the staff, it almost guarantees that everyone will be quiet. The other alternative is if there is a sublet market. But in some ways, you have a very good problem compared to the rest of us.

You could also do things to reduce your risks. For example, how you dress says a lot. What if you came with tools and a working mans outfit. You can change later. People may be confused enough not to put the pieces together. They might just think you are doing work there. The girl can be the "interior designer. Same here. It is incredibly dangerous for the girl. Being in a foreign place by yourself to meet a stranger is insane.
