Fortunately Uma comes thru last minute with a "how's your day" which I pounce on and say I want to see you tonight. She reminds that she is on the rag but has "supple lips" and I say I am down. Well this turns out to be a barrel of fun.

We have an epic dinner at a South American restaurant I manage to find and she is stunned because it's not far from her. Amazing food and a couple drinks. We are comfy together so we start to talk about how to find a motel. Everything is over $300/ night this time of year (some are $1000 wtf?) but she thinks we can find one of those beach motels that there are a million of. So we pick up cocktails in a can at the 7-11 and start the search. It's a tough go but actually kinda fun cruising motels w my girl. Most have a no vacancy sign but we pop into a couple that say vacancy and eventually have luck. We finally score something and amazingly enough it's literally steps from the beach, nicely appointed and surf crashing as we enter the room.

You got lucky. At that time, most cops are looking for dui. Beside ruinous insurance costs and legal fees, in many states you will be walking or doing taxis for six months. This is true even for the first offense.

On a different note, I bagged my first SB. Looks like I will be seeing her often. She's not a pro, but not a true amateur either. Was it worth the effort? Yes. Lots of work and not very predictable. I like the fact that she is a graduate student and reliable for now (at least when they need the money). The downside is she wants to be discreet. So, limited options outside of the room for now. Hotels are getting to be an issue with closed bars and restaurants, reduced housekeeping and now check in after FOUR! Had anyone had an issue with just vacating a room without formally checking out? I am in my home area and just use the room for a few hours. Not sure if there is a better option. Most hotels still don't have remote checking and checkout.
