So far I have not used these meds. Are the side effects listed online true?

If yes, what is the most common and how do you work around?

I will be in Europe soon, and have 3 SBs lined up over 3 days. One of those is my regular. Have never done 3 days in a row although in a given day, I do a minimum of 3 sessions.

So, wondering if I need to do something different but don't want to be unprepared for side effects.

Are you enjoying the long sessions otherwise? I've realized that I don't mind the long stamina I get from 5-20 MG Taladafil. No performance issues normally but find that I'the rather savor with pills for a long time vs shooting multiple times in a session. Funny enough, like Steve, getting blown is the surefire way of releasing. Not a fan of BLS but some thrusting in BBBJ works for CIM or otherwise usually after 5-10 minutes.

Yep, these guys are way to caught up on 9/10's. I been some of these places where they claim they are meet 10's, I sure as hell never saw any 10's, when I was there, running the streets. Also some guys are now claiming to have multiple 10's at one time this almost impossible.

DF, I posted this in the Medellin forum but I should post it here. When I first started using SA in 2009, it was new, and those were the best of times. I got a 9-10 type off the site in the USA, and I think that I got two others and quit in 2018. My last best SA gal in the USA was from 2016, and she was a 7 and great in the sack. 2009 to 2013 or so were the golden years for SA in the USA.

So long story short, I think what you are doing and focusing on the above average attractive women who are fun instead of the finest is best. The best looking women are typically rattled by a mental disorder like borderline, bipolar, OCD, narcissism, or ADD / ADHD, and of all of those, the only one I can take is ADD / ADHD which I think my gal has. Dealing with the 9-10 types usually really is not worth the trouble and expense. Give me a sweet 7 or 8 over a hot and crazy 9-10 type any day.

On the spreading. Yeah. I think about that. I always use a condom. But they are not fool proof and really not not for HSV and HPV. Truth is I spend the week after an SA binge looking at my dick for anything.

Not wanting to get into a debate on STDs but there are studies that show condoms do nothing for HPV and HSV. What has been proven to work with HSV prevention is the drug Valtrex. You can get a doctor's prescription, buy it all day chemist or get it abroad. Study showed that 740 or so married couples where one person had HSV had 16 transmissions per year without Valtrex and those taking Valtrex daily only had 4 out of 740 transmissions per year studied. So it is not perfect but it is a lot better than condoms. Prevention dose is 500 MG per day. Generic Valtrex is valacyclovir.

Some argue that taking such drugs causes resistance rates to rise. So your taking this drug to prevent HSV may be hurting society long term. I am not going to debate on this subject. Just want to inform.

With HPV, you want to get vaccinated with Gardasil. Now they are using a 2 instead of 3 dose regimen. Not sure how accurate this is, https://www.acog.org/womens-health/e...he-hpv-vaccine#text=The%20 vaccine%20 is%20 very%2 see%20 very, in%20 preventing%20 external%20 genital%20 warts.

If you are vaccinated before being exposed to the virus, the HPV vaccine is 97 percent effective in preventing cervical cancer and cell changes that could lead to cancer. Plus, it's almost 100 percent effective in preventing external genital warts.

Of all the things you can do to be considerate to women, getting this vaccine is probably the most. Penile cancer in males due to HPV is not that common but cervical cancer due to HPV is common in women. It is why they get PAP smears.

I hate recommending vaccines after the whole Covid fiasco and I have read horrible reports of side effects with the vaccine but I know a lot of guys who have gotten the vaccine and not had any issues. I had issues with the Covid vax but not this one. I think for most mongers getting the vaccine has more benefit than risk and guys should do so but do your own research and talk to your own doctor.

He rated the girl according to his personal scale and standards (and rated her low), and got lucky that she looked better in person. What if she looked like her pics, or even worse? Would she be worth spending $500? The issue that was brought up by Gfefan is that SA in the US, and SF specifically, sucks. I never had multiple 10's. Heck, I never even had a single 10. And I have no idea what places where all 10's are congregated you were talking about. Please enlighten me, and I will be happy to visit those places. Speaking of standards, I'm trying to get the best looking girls I can, but I will rarely go below 7/10 these days, simply because I don't feel like paying for something I can get for free (albeit, with some time and effort invested). And this is not the question of affordability or money per se. Yes, those comments sound ridiculous. There are 10 k+ girls in a 20 mile radius from CDMX Center and many of them are solid 7/8's. There is a lot of quality and value in Mexico (CDMX, MTY, GDL). If you are not going there you are definitely missing out.
