I think exclusive arrangements are feasible only if you live in the same city, or live together. So that you can have sex on demand and have some control over her activities. If she thinks she can get away with having 1-2 side dudes, most likely she will cheat.

I've had exclusive arrangements with SBs. At first, it drove me nuts wondering if they were being faithful to me. And I eventually found out that one was being unfaithful. I was pretty upset, but then I decided to let it go, and now I don't care if they are unfaithful to me. I might still ask for exclusive arrangements, and maybe some are faithful and some are unfaithful, but I no longer care and that makes me happier, probably also because I am never faithful anyway.

On a related note, I never explicitly cut ties with an SB, especially if they were PPM to begin with. For ones that were monthly arrangements, I don't cut ties with them when I want to stop the arrangement, I just tell them that I suddenly am experiencing money problems and cannot keep the arrangement anymore. I never say that I am breaking up with them. Where it goes from here, it's up to them.

I was in an FKK for the first time recently and I can tell you that you can pretty much get whatever you're looking for. It just comes down to the chemistry you have with the girl.
