I've been always wondering, don't they smell their own odor? I have encountered fishy odor multiple times, and can't recall a girl racing to the shower to freshen up. They act like nothing happened, like there is no odor at all. Or playing dumb hoping I wouldn't notice?

Just a word of warning to all that Depoprovera - a good GF and wants to do her part but it feel's COMPLETELY different when I know it's one sided. It def could kill our relationship eventually as it's gotten rocky and this is def a contributing factor.

I have done about 13 to 15 girls from seeking. Mostly western Europe. A couple in the US. Have gone bareback with 7 or 8 of them. Note that 3 of those are my cream of the cream. We have moved to a friendship beyond sex / money.

I'm not so concerned about HIV. Hard to catch, pretty rare among women in the west at least. But HepB and HPV I really want to avoid. Are the vax effective against those I wonder? Most girls now have the HPV vax at around 13/14 in Europe / USA, but few have the HepB vax.

Pregnacies are a whole other issue. If you remember to pull out you're good. That's an 'if'! Or you know they're on effective prevention. But you can't 100% know that.

There is a belief among American public health officials that antibiotics and antivirals should be reserved for STI treatment and condoms used for prevention of STIs because if the antibiotics and antivirals are used, there will be bacterial resistance and these drugs will no longer work. I understood that but then I went abroad and saw that anyone could buy antibiotics and antivirals over the counter. I also read about how overused these same drugs are with animals. I was like, "Fuck it, if these work better, and I can have better sex, I am going for it. " The other big thing is I read a large study where condoms did not work for most STIs that came out 20 years ago. Now it is a monologue among public health officials that condoms work for STIs, and they have studies to back them up, but I am pretty skeptical of them..

Respectfully, that's just silly. This was never a question of 100% safe or nothing. It is always a calculus based on degrees of risk. If something decreases your risk profile 80%, 90%, 95%, choose your favorite number, it doesn't have to be 100 to be well worth doing.

I would ask the women if they were clean and do it in such a way that they could answer honestly. To prevent pregnancy, I used plan be which is 1.5 MG of the female hormone levogestrel which is also available over the counter even in the USA. The women were actually thankful when I gave it to them. A few of the women had cramping and bleeding afterwards and were reluctant to take it a second time so that was an issue with some. When I was with a woman for longer, I would buy a Depoprovera shot on line and give it to the women every 3 months. Again, most took it fine, and many liked not having periods but others had cramping and bleeding with it and did not like it.

Levogestrel prevents ovulation so you should have a woman take it as soon as after sex as possible. If the egg has been released into the Fallopian tube, it does no good at all. Still, pregnancy prevention rates with it are about the same as condoms.

I also got the Gardasil vaccine for HPV. I am not sure how effective that is with genital warts but I did not have any issues. Anyway, once I did my own research, I felt comfortable and eventually barebacked almost all my SBs. The only issue I had was a pregnancy scare on a woman who waited too long on the levogestrel.

Very timely discussion as I just sealed the deal to fly my UK SA girlfriend to US this morning! I am with you GFE about being a little paranoid. She's UK so like FB says prob not a big deal.
