But I often come on here to make a point about odds and likelihoods.

The reality is a girl joins the site because she wants to trade her youth for money, episodically. That's why she's on the site. Any girl can find older guys on any other dating site, easily, without the backdrop of the kind of impropriety that sugaring connotes.

This means that any relationship that starts here always has that as the context. Always. I'm not saying people don't really dare or even get married off this stuff. No amount of "we saw past all that over time" changes the fact that you have 2 people who'd never be together were it not for the exchange.

I cringe when I hear guys on here talk about their girlfriends, meaning people they met on a sugar site and still give money to, even if not the way they used to. I often wonder how the same stories would be told from the other side.

My takeaway for people reading this is: it's not impossible for real, amazing relationships to happen with incredible women, but I would caution any expectations of anything "more". I think I know who you are talking about. Yeah, my gal got on the site because a GF of hers in Colombia met a Spanish guy and married him and lives in Spain.

It is funny when you have these knuckleheads who declare that the site has to be filled with hooker types because of the name. For the most part, women do what their friends do. Much like the others have posted, definitely pick up a few tabs if you can of the different options: Cialis (Tadalafil), Viagra (Sildenafil), etc. I first tried going the doctor route, but usually in South America, can just get OTC. I used to get the side effects with Viagra (bloodshot / headachy type), but when I switched to Cialis, no real issues. Then play with the dosages, hopefully before you get to your trip. Essentially, in the end, it will help you figure out what type of stamina you actually want. In Brazil, they only had 20 MG of Tadalafil at the pharmacy that I went to, so did a pop every 1. 5 days and was good to go and no issues. Although going for a few hours straight may not be what you want LOL.

I think Cialis is the best option but it's person specific what works best.

I'm in the healthcare profession, look at my screen name. You will get your best bang for the $ with 10 MG generic from a quality manufacturer.

The most common aes are usually headache, stuffy nose, red eyes (the vasoconstriction), sometimes syncope.

However, you can adjust dosing, start with 5 MG before an adventure and check how you feel. Do it for 2-3 days. Then you can up to 10 MG or cut in half, but the tab is oblong to prevent this. So should cut longitudinal.

Lumify works great and puts dollars in my pocket.

Just make sure you get a quality generic. Some of my buddies have switched to getting it from Stride, getmystride or something because they give it for free supposedly if you need anything else, but I don't need to go that route.

Like all meds just don't get a bottle and pop on the plane before you land and have no experience.

My buddy did that going to Brazil for first time and passed out in the bathroom (severely lowered his BP, low glucose etc). No major issue but he endured a lot of ribbing from us on that trip LOL.

Obviously do the dr consult and all and leave time to get the meds. The main thing they check for is your blood pressure. Apparently low BP is not good for this. If you are in Europe much easier OTC I suppose. I use Khealth online here in US and have been happy.

I use the 10 MG Cialis and love it. Of course it lasts 3 ish days tho I might boost a day or two in depending. For me primary side effect is some flushing and massive bloodshot eyes. The key to bloodshot eyes is Lumify. This shit is amazing. Don't use any substitute. It's expensive for that teeny bottle but worth every penny. Actually having used Cialis a couple years I see less of this anyhow. And yes I believe it takes me longer to cum but that could also be cause I have no business fucking as much as I do on a binge. Def love the hardness and fucking forever. It really is a miracle drug.

Yep, these guys are way to caught up on 9/10's. I been some of these places where they claim they are meet 10's, I sure as hell never saw any 10's, when I was there, running the streets. Also some guys are now claiming to have multiple 10's at one time this almost impossible.

On the spreading. Yeah. I think about that. I always use a condom. But they are not fool proof and really not not for HSV and HPV. Truth is I spend the week after an SA binge looking at my dick for anything.

Not wanting to get into a debate on STDs but there are studies that show condoms do nothing for HPV and HSV. What has been proven to work with HSV prevention is the drug Valtrex. You can get a doctor's prescription, buy it all day chemist or get it abroad. Study showed that 740 or so married couples where one person had HSV had 16 transmissions per year without Valtrex and those taking Valtrex daily only had 4 out of 740 transmissions per year studied. So it is not perfect but it is a lot better than condoms. Prevention dose is 500 MG per day. Generic Valtrex is valacyclovir.

Some argue that taking such drugs causes resistance rates to rise. So your taking this drug to prevent HSV may be hurting society long term. I am not going to debate on this subject. Just want to inform.

If you are vaccinated before being exposed to the virus, the HPV vaccine is 97 percent effective in preventing cervical cancer and cell changes that could lead to cancer. Plus, it's almost 100 percent effective in preventing external genital warts.

Of all the things you can do to be considerate to women, getting this vaccine is probably the most. Penile cancer in males due to HPV is not that common but cervical cancer due to HPV is common in women. It is why they get PAP smears.

I hate recommending vaccines after the whole Covid fiasco and I have read horrible reports of side effects with the vaccine but I know a lot of guys who have gotten the vaccine and not had any issues. I had issues with the Covid vax but not this one. I think for most mongers getting the vaccine has more benefit than risk and guys should do so but do your own research and talk to your own doctor.
