Hey guys, I found this site and its pretty interesing. Anyways, I want to give you guys some advice. Well, I am in the U.S. now but I still go to visit my family in cancun. (education is betterin the U.S.) Cancun is my home. anyways...

The cab fare anywhere far, like from the hotel zone, to the downtown area or chillys willies is 80 Pesos. You have to look hispanic of course, and you must tell them that you are a locale (Lo-cahl-le), which means you are a resident of cancun mexico. You shouldn't pay more than 10 dollars. Anyways, the poor, such as the taxi drivers will always try to make some extra cash. Locales like me get discounts. They can sort of tell if you live in cancun or if your a tourist. (Since its harder for them to tell from the tourists of mexico city) The most that I have ever paid for was when I went to shampoo and it was $80 for the full service. You can try and find a normal cool mexican downtown (middle class to high class) to get you the real deals (talk with the mid-to high class locals at plaza las americas), otherwise every other "poor" taxi driver person will still make some extra cash off of you. But if you look like a typical american,,..its going to be real tough, and your probably going to get charged more.

This place was pretty interesting too...called Spa or something, no sé. its an escort service at www.cancunescorts.com. If you feel like living in cancun, they got the best deal. You pay an anual fee of 10,000 pesos membership and you get to go to the Spa anytime and get anything. This only works if your a mexican resident though.

There are deals to be had in Cancun but don't expect the girls to be hot, gorgeous, model types. If you go back to the old forum, I posted a bunch of information. I think I posted some phone numbers of guys in the know and a few girls that I saw.

I've been on Cancun many many times but only "hobbied" the last time I was there in December 2001. I had a really good time but nothing compared to my last trip I just took to Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Cancun is a destination you go to for a real vacation. It is especially great if you love the ocean like me. It isn't a good destination to go to solely for the sex.

Besides the expensive clubs, check with your taxi driver. I posted the phone number of a young taxi driver in Cancun that speaks very good English. I think his name was Rene. He drives a while Suburban. He knows several young chicas and can hook you up. The going rate was around $125 US or something like that for a few hours.

Cancun is an expensive city but well worth it if you are looking for a real vacation. Good luck.

I was in Cancun last week and I was looking for some action. Unfortunately I did not have much luck. I went to a strip joint in the "Zona Hotelera" in punta Cancun (in the same area where the Discotheque Dady'O is located) and the experience was not that great. I paid 50 pesos ( ~5 USD) to get into the place and I got a private dance from a Brazilian hottie. The private dance was 200 pesos (~20 USd) but the dance was a non-event. I was not even allowed to touch her.

Apparently, most of the girls there will do full service but the prices I was quoted were outrageous. The prices ranged betweem 250 and 300 USD. Although some of the girls were good looking, I do not think they were worth this money. I recommend skipping this place.

I got the number for a private spa that only attends foreigners. The price quoted ranges from 1,500 to 2, 500 pesos and the girls go from 18 to 25. I got this information over the phone so I do not know what the girls look like. The spa is located in punta Cancun in Plaza Caracol. The phone number is 883 5391.
