Why are we even discussing this here? Full disagreement. All wrong. Germany has first degree murder (heimtückischer Mord). Life sentence is 20 yrs. And the prison situation is far from what you describe below.

Germany doesn't have first degree murder. They don't put people in prison for life sentences either as all EU countries have abolished both the death penalty and abolished life in prison.

There was cases of Syrian refugees raping individuals (both adults and kinder) and they have only gotten a few months in jail.

In fact there is no prison industrial complex in Germany so I would wager if a financial crime were to occur, Germany would be the ideal country to perpetrate same.

There was documentaries on prisons in Germany which have private apartments, people can drive their cars to work release everyday, and get free college degrees while in jail.

As luck would have it I'm flying in the day after the new regulations begin & I'm wondering if it's worth the hassle for one day?

I'm still tempted to go as flights are booked & it will probably be my last visit until the Spring.

I can't take the PCR test as recently had Covid and it might show up as a fake positive so an antigen test is my only real choice.

My worse case scenario is that I get to Sharks and won't be admitted although I'm perfectly healthy or I take the antigen test at the airport and fail it because it picks up virus debris even though I'm non infectious.

I've tree days to make a decision!

If under 2 G+, Sharks should propose fast test again, as they did all along Summer. When really not crowded, I'm pretty sure they will try to help to get business.

I gave my response to Neuro / Tedesco / Ho; if they reply back with any real points, I may respond. I doubt any of them care to make it so personal for so long as you have.
