I guess it's not so terrible to live in Switzerland, ski season was great so far without the tourist masses. For example, on Tuesday morning when I woke up I decided to take a day off work and go ski. Before 10 am I was on the slopes.

After yesterday's UK Government announcements regarding the timetable of easing restrictions everybody is talking about foreign travel & holidays for 2021.

There are various different schedules, March, all children back to school. April, Gyms & hairdressers to open with pubs & restaurants to open outdoors. May pubs / restaurants to open inside etc etc etc.

The Government is reporting back on 15th April regarding how foreign travel will work, IE vaccine passports etc.

However If all goes according to the plan. LOL! Normality should resume on 21st June.

It does help the UK with 18 million people already vaccinated and numerous data studies clearly showing that vaccinations not only protect people from being seriously ill and dying but also reduces transmissions. That applies to both Pfizer & Oxford AZ.

Despite an appalling death rate in the UK the Government has eventually done something right with the fast vaccine roll out, it's already organizing "one off" booster vaccine shots for autumn / winter for virus variants.

So once Europe quickly sorts out its vaccination programme life should return to some sort of normality. Then FKK Clubs can reopen Yipeeeeee!

What I modestly learned from the covid crisis is that no prediction is working, who was speaking in June 20 about the British variant, yes the vaccine are working but not against all the variants and probably not against the new variant that will come in the next months. Most of the normal flue, and other virus or bacteria related diseases have drastically reduces since the implementation of the mass hand washing, social distancing, mask. But we have to admit that it is not.
